A Guided 4-Week Chair Yoga Experience
Build Strength, Mobility & Movement — From the Chair Up
Strength doesn't have to begin on the floor.
It can begin right in the chair.
A short preview from inside the program — full sessions are 10–15 minutes each.
Sit Strong was created for people who want to move — but want to feel supported while they do it.
Maybe you're returning to exercise. Maybe balance feels a little uncertain. Maybe your knees don't love the floor anymore. Maybe you just want something structured, smart, and manageable.
This is that program.
Sit Strong is a carefully designed 4-week experience that builds strength safely and steadily — starting seated, then gradually layering in supported transitions and balance work.
It's low impact. But it's not low results.
These aren't random chair stretches. Each session is intentional.
We build posture.
We strengthen the legs.
We activate the core.
We challenge balance.
We improve mobility.
We reinforce confidence.
And we do it in short, manageable sessions that make consistency realistic. Because progress doesn't come from pushing harder. It comes from showing up consistently.
You'll follow a clear 4-week plan, training three times per week. Each session is just 10–15 minutes long — fully guided, easy to follow, and thoughtfully structured.
Inside the program you'll receive:
We begin fully seated — building control and awareness. As the weeks progress, you'll gently introduce supported standing work and balance training — always steady, always supported.
You'll never feel rushed. You'll never feel lost. You'll always know what to do.
All you need is a sturdy chair. No floor work required. No complicated equipment. No overwhelm.
Over four weeks, many participants begin to notice:
Stronger legs
Improved posture
Smoother sit-to-stand transitions
Better balance
Increased core stability
More confidence in everyday movement
And maybe most importantly — a renewed sense of capability.
